I would recommend going to https://jinxxy.com and searching for shoes there, You would still have to retexture them yourself most likely, But it's a start!

You would unfortunately just need to reweight it in Blender if the chest doesn't already move properly. I don't believe there is a simple Unity fix if it isn't set up properly
